IFA Letter to Secretary Mnuchin to Confirm Eligibility of Franchise Businesses in CARES Act

Upon a direct reading of the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act, it seems clear that Congress recognized the importance of providing the franchising sector a path to recovery.
