Letter to Urge States to Implement an Emergency Forbearance and Rent Abatement Program

To ensure that franchisees are able to recover from the unprecedented economic burden created by COVID 19, the International Franchise Association (IFA) urges states to implement an emergency forbearance and rent abatement program in this letter to National Governors Association.
